Recognizing the complex and growing demands on today’s leaders, the Healthy Companies’ research team began looking for a way to enable leaders to think in new and different ways about their leadership and how they could strengthen and adapt themselves and their organizations to succeed in today’s challenging times.

Our research produced some compelling new insights:  Great leaders are great people. They start with who they are—their beliefs, their values, their aspirations, their commitment to a higher purpose—and by making a difference in their organizations and in the world. They are “Healthy Leaders®” as defined by Physical, Emotional, Vocational, Social, Intellectual, and Spiritual Health:
