THOUGHT LEADERSHIP

Thirty-five years of cutting edge research on leadership, well-being and culture

OUR LATEST RESEARCH PROJECT

How Top Executives are Transforming the Human Side of Business

The Healthy Leader is conducting a new research project on healthy CEOs and their commitment to people as a major corporate strategy in the new hybrid world.

If there is a single organizing principle that will separate people and organizations that thrive, it is healthy leadership. And if the pandemic has taught us anything, it is we must be well to lead well. Organizations that get leadership, wellbeing and culture right will prosper in the new workforce/workplace environment.

Today’s CEOs and HR executives are confronting more change than ever. Increased uncertainty and organizational stress, unyielding success metrics, and a beleaguered workforce have placed wellbeing front and center. These executives are truly waking up to the fact that their companies cannot survive, let alone compete, if they are not cultivating healthy individuals, healthy teams, healthy leaders, and a healthy culture where all can thrive.

This project will highlight the mindsets, behaviors, and practices of the best CEOs and HR executives. We will explore the following issues:

  • What are their personal stories and commitments to health and wellbeing?
  • How are they building healthy corporate cultures?
  • What leadership philosophies and practices are they most proud of?
  • How are they developing healthy leaders at all levels?
  • What is the connection between wellbeing and financial performance?
  • How are they changing their employees’ experiences at work?
  • What legacy would they like to leave behind?

For the past 35 years, The Healthy Leader has conducted cutting edge research in leadership, culture, wellbeing and the employee experience. Dr. Bob Rosen, Founder and CEO, has advised or interviewed over 600 CEOs in 55 countries and produced 8 best-selling books, including Grounded, a New York Times bestseller, and Conscious, a Washington Post best seller. The findings will be published widely and made available to you and your organization. The virtual interview will take 30-40 minutes.
