The Grounded and Conscious Leadership Experience is a series of leadership development offerings that can be brought into your organization in three ways:

The Grounded & Conscious Leadership Experience is the signature offering of Healthy Companies. Designed for mid and senior level executives, it is a rich in-person 2-day experience that brings leaders together for two days of personal and/or team development. 

Day One is an exploration of (1) “Why” leadership matters more than ever in uncertain times with a deep look at the Six Disruptors at play in the world of today, and (2) the discovery of the Six Dimensions of the Grounded Leader and how they define “Who” who you are as a leader, and (3) A personal look at the Accelerators and Hijackers that empower or impede your effectiveness as a leader. Day two focuses on the Four Practices of conscious leadership that accelerate one’s awareness for leading with greater confidence and impact in uncertain times. The two days conclude with executives completing a Personal Development Plan that summarizes their key insights and action steps for applying what they’ve learned in the 2-day experience.

Cohorts are 20-30 leaders who can participate individually or as part of in-tact teams going through the experience.

Leaders are provided access to The Grounded & Conscious Leadership Experience Portal and all of its resources for expanding and re-enforcing key learnings from the program.

Sessions are facilitated by Healthy Companies facilitators or by facilitators from your organization who have completed The Grounded Leader Certification Program.

This virtual version of The Grounded & Conscious Leadership Experience incorporates all of the key elements of the in-person 2-day program while taking advantage of the ease, convenience and economy of virtual learning. Designed as six 90-minute sessions spread over a period of 6-8 weeks, it includes a rich collection of modalities including: microlearnings, small group virtual discussions, games and simulations plus the active use of The Grounded & Conscious Leadership Experience Portal for personal learning, reflection and application of core concepts over the course of the period. 

Cohorts can be as large as 50-60 leaders who can participate individually or as part of in-tact teams.

Leaders are provided access to The Grounded & Conscious Leadership Experience Portal and all of its resources for expanding and re-enforcing key learnings from the program.

Sessions are facilitated by Healthy Companies facilitators or by facilitators from your organization who have completed The Grounded Leader Certification Program.

In this offering leaders utilize The Grounded & Conscious Leadership Experience Portal as their learning platform for leadership development. They can explore at their own pace all of the elements of the in-person and virtual instructor programs. The Portal enables leaders to go through the Grounded and Conscious modules, tap into the “What Keeps You Up at Night” leadership problem-solving tool and other tools, develop Personal Development Plans and explore the large library of resources that fortify key learning elements of the program.

As a free-standing web-based experience this offering can be made available for leaders at all levels of the organization around the globe with infinite scalability and economy for the organization.
