As Executive Assistant to the leadership team at Healthy Companies, Grace wears multiple hats. She handles scheduling, administrative tasks, various company projects, and helping Brandy create materials. She sums up her role by saying “My job is to make everyone else’s job easier.”
With a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and an enthusiasm for emotional health in organizations, Grace is excited about her growing role on the team. Her long-time dream has been to help people understand themselves better so they can function better at work – where they spend at least 1/3 of their life! At Healthy Companies, she gets to use her administrative experience to support people who are making exactly that change in the world.
When she’s not at work, she’s still talking about organizational psychology , believe it or not. When you can get her to talk about something else, it’s often writing, music, or something extraordinarily geeky.
