Jim Mathews

Jim is at the forefront of our leadership consulting and advisory services. He partners with top leaders to assess and develop executive team leadership capabilities and clarify their vision and values. He then integrates business and human capital strategies to guide them through culture change initiatives.


Stephen Parker

Stephen leads our business development, marketing, branding and partner activities. His work centers on integrating our rich history of client-centric consulting with our proprietary CEO research. He also plays a key role in refreshing our thought leadership and stepping up our growth and expansion.


Dave Rippey

Dave heads up our research and development. He gathers, interprets, and synthesizes our extensive knowledge base into the models, presentations, tools, and processes we use with clients worldwide. He specializes blending theory with practice and customizing products to meet unique client needs.


Eric Sass

Eric heads up our design and deployment of strategic CEO communications and enterprise-wide leadership learning systems. Working with clients around the world, he combines our intellectual assets, state-of-the-art technologies, and diverse media to provide critical support for the CEO agenda.


Leigh Shields

Leigh leads our consulting and advisory services. He supports today's executives in developing effective leadership, culture, and learning strategies that drive enduring success—for their companies and increasingly demanding stakeholders. His work focuses on achieving client performance goals.


Mark Smith

Mark spearheads our growth leadership program. He leads our executive team in researching and clarifying the leadership characteristics, workplace culture, and processes that enable organizations to create enduring customer value while growing sustainably and predictably.
